Oral presentations requirements
Presentations must be made in PowerPoint 2003 format. If you add video-clips to your presentation, their format must be MPEG-2, MPEG-4 (a set of divx free codecs). Following these rules will allow you to avoid all possible failures or troubles during your presentations. A time period allocated for a presentation is 10-15 minutes. This is not because we think that some reports are more important than the other ones, but due to a big number of speakers per each session. If special equipment or software is needed for your presentation, please advise the Organizing Committee well in advance.
Presentations must be loaded to the computer of the organizers of plenary sessions and thematic sections in advance after checking the file for viruses. The file name should contain the name of the speaker + a short description of the session/section. Presentation language – English or Russian at your discretion (simultaneous translation will be provided). Upon conference completion all presentations will be saved to the conference disk and sent to the participants and to others interested and posted for open access at the conference website. If you have any concerns or objections against making your presentations public, please advise the Organizing Committee in writing by e-mail and your presentation will not be posted.
If for any reason you cannot arrive or deliver your presentation, please inform us as soon as possible, so that we could update the conference program accordingly. Thank you in advance!
